Value for money. Wide range of products. Stock items that other companies dont think people require anymore. Always pleased with what i receive
After ordering a toaster I was told 9 days delivery so I immediately cancelled the order, received email stating order cancelled. Nothing further heard until Hermes advised they were delivering said toaster, tried to contact DJ Williams told I didn't have an account with them !!! Unable to sort this out on line. Telephone calls cost 13p a minute with advise long waiting time.! ( probably cost me the price of a toaster to sort out their mistake.) Parcel arrived returns label missing !!!

After JD Willams, took my order wrong, took my money, I made 3 phones, wrote to them. They admitted their mistakes and the fact I still don't have my order, as they didn't dispatch it... they haven't given me my refund... I have to stamp my own claim form! A supervisor won't speak to me... terrible service. Don't use them.
I really wish J D Williams didn't use Hermes for delivery, you can't change the date of delivery with them and if your parcel does not arrive, they don't get back to you

JD Williams keep telling me i am in arrears on my account, when I know that I am not, but can you get past the first line of their dreadful customer service to speak to someone senior. NO, YOU CAN NOT

I have been Shopping at JD Williams for years now, and I can always find the things I am looking for. If out of stock just leave your Email and they will Email you when it comes back into stock.
I ordered 4 dresses, they arrived in 3 days, descriptions and photos were perfectly matching the purchases. I am very happy and the staff was very useful in helping.
Always good quality products, though sometimes difficult to find what I am looking for because it is all on line
Really pleased with service from J D Williams, good communication with order from start to finish. Courier duly delivered as planned, packaging was damaged and they offered to return, as goods looks ok inside i decided to keep it. Presuming the rest of flat pack wardrobe will be ok, I would highly recommend J D Williams.
